Project Boussh: What, No Tip? by Alison Sky After a thoughtful decision to lure Kolot back to the computer, the five humans brought the food into the bago. After storing the food into Ewok-safe cabinets, they settled down in the makeshift living section. "So, Pash, you enjoying your time with Vickie?" Alison asked, the hint of a smile on her face. Pash smiled. "Well, besides being treated like a god, or a kid, and having my A-wing borrowed by a Jedi Corellian to chase her down, yeah, I'm enjoying myself." He dunked an Oreo into a glass of milk and ate it. "Of course, I would be having more fun if we knew where Quiara was." "Or Face," Dia said, looking out the window. "Or Becki," Alison added. She stood and stretched her back out. "OK, we need to figure out our next step. Any ideas?" "Alison!" Alison turned to Kolot, who was on the computer, as always. "What Kolot?" "Incoming mail." The group stood up right away and circled the computer table. Kolot opened an e-mail from Emily and they read it. "What does she mean, 'I had to hide the backrub Janson before the real one saw him?', Kirney asked. "Oh, Emily and I work on creating action figures that we give to the poor and deprived Rogue Squadron fans everywhere," Alison answered coolly. "Oh," Kirney said. "For a moment I thought you and she were running a cloning facility." Alison gave Kirney a sidelong glance, then resumed reading Emily's e-mail. "She wants to join up with us to get Wes and Hobbie from being slackers." "Where are they?" Pash asked. "New Hampshire," Myn replied. "How will they get here?" "They won't have to," Alison said. "I actually have a summer cabin out there near a lake. No one lives out there in the winter, so we could all land there without drawing attention." She turned to Pash. "Do you think Vickie and Corran could meet us there? We can take the bago and your A-wing and fly straight there from here, and i can send Emily land directions so she could meet us. We could even stop and get Vickie and Corran on our way." Pash crossed his arms and got a thoughtful look on his face. "I'll contact her and let her know, and see what she says." "Good," Alison nodded, then turned to Kolot. "Kolot, go outside and stand with Pash while he contacts Vickie. Let me know if anything strange happens." Kolot nodded and he and Pash went outside to get better comm reception. When he was gone, Alison waved Kirney to the computer. "What?" "I want you to put a block on any webpage that even mentions Clark's Trading Post in New Hampshire." Alison motioned to the comptuer. "Why?" Kirney sat down with a curious expression on her face. "Do you want to see a repeat of the zoo incident?" Kirney's eyes got big. "I see," she said, and her fingers flew across the keyboard. (ok Vickie, you're turn. Em, we're getting to you!) *~ Alison Sky ~* -=snips any comment due to brain failure=- must finish fan fictions... must finish fan fictions... http://www.angelfire.com/hi2/jedichild/index.html
