Project Boussh: The Bickering Bunch by Alison Sky Alison took the supply pack she wore on her back and rooted around in its contents. Her hand grasped something, and she pulled it out quickly. "What're those?" Emily asked, squinting. "Nightvision goggles," Alison replied, smirking. "If only I had checked the pack before we climbed the bridge..." She couldn't finish over Emily's laughter. Looking at her wingmate, Alison had the urge to slap her silly, while wanting to laugh at the same time. "If you two are done..." Alison and Emily looked up to see Mike standing above them. Face and Sharon were a few feet away in the shadows. "Here Mike," Alison said, and handed him the goggles. "It'll look nice with the raincoat." Ignoring Mike's looks and standing up, Alison looked up at the castle in the moonlight, and felt a picture come to her mind. "You know, this place looks alot like Sleeping Beauty's castle..." Sharon gave her a strange look. "And you would know that because?" Alison shurged. "You don't work at DisneyWorld for four months for nothing." "If we meet Mickey Mouse inside, it's all your fault," Mike stated. "If not Mickey, I'm sure we will find a lot of Dopeys and Goofys. We've got one each of them already here." She raised her eyebrows in mock insubordination. "Alison!" Emily laughed. Mike sighed, taking great care as to keep his hand away from his lightsabre. "Now that you've had your fun, can we get some organization going here?" Alison bit her lip to let further comments flow from her mouth, and the group made their way through the front gates. They entered a passageway that was very tight, and no light came through the passageway. "I'll take point, girls in the middle, and One at the end," Mike stated, drawing a blaster from his hip. "What, you think us women can't be in the lead or protect the rear?" Emily asked, pulling out her blaster. "No, but Eleven doesn't have a blaster, and wouldn't know how to aim it if she had... Eight has the equipment, and you tend to poke people with the sword who don't move fast enough." Mike stood at the entrance of the passageway. "I do NOT poke people," Emily stated, following Mike into the passageway. "I just have a type of walk that makes the sword poke people..." Alison moved to follow, but Sharon made her way to the entrance. "Let me go in the middle. That way there is a sword fighter at either end." Alison shot a look at Face, who was waiting for them to go. "I'm not walking next to him." Sharon rolled her eyes. "Just drop it, ok Eleven. We're on the same team, and you need to start acting like it." With that, Sharon followed behind Emily. "After you," Face said, his arms flourishing towards the passageway entrance. Alison pulled her sword from it's sheath and held it tightly. Giving Face her LookO'Death, she followed Sharon into the passageway. Face gave her a few seconds, then followed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Hey!" "What?" "You said you were going to watch that thing!" "Duh! I can't watch it in the dark! I'm holding onto its sheath." "Then change the way you walk." *metal on leather* "I'll hold the damn sword then. Happy?" "No, cause now you can stab me with it instead of poking." "Will you two stop it? You're just as bad as Alison and Face." "HEY! I resent that!" "Callsigns people." "Well, it's true." "Who did I piss off to make me part of this group?" *snicker* "What?" "You're the one who wanted to lead." "Did not!" *chorus* "Did too!" *sound of head hitting wall* "That had to hurt." "Not as much as Emily's swordpo-OW!"
