Project Boussh: Books and Cake by Alison Sky "NO, don't put that there!" Alison dove and saved the grape soda from spilling onto the carpet of the living room just inches before it hit the ground. She winced, already feeling the rug burns that would form of her elbows. "Opps, sorry about that," Hobbie said, helping her up. Alison shook her head and handed the Rogue back his drink. She looked around, amazed at how many people could actually FIT into her small cabin. "Thank the Force my aunt had the foresight to put alot of bunk beds in the guest rooms." She knew that her group had decided to stay in the bago. After all, they had finally figured out how to sleep comfortably in the big thing. Some of the pilots had taken to sleeping in their ships, having done that on many different flights. However, the bunk beds still were filled to maximum capicity, and many more flooded the living room floor. Giggling, Wes and Emily ran out of the bago and quickly across the rock-path to the front door. They ran in and right up to Alison. "We finished it." "What?" Alison asked, her eyebrow reaised. Wes proudly held out a computer-paper bound book. "1000 ways not to fall down big holes". Alison started to crack up laughing. "I was just KIDDING about making that!" Emily smiled. "And because of that, you're the one who gets to give it to her." Alison looked back and forth between the two, then sighed and took the book from Wes' hands. "You guys are just trying to get me in trouble." "Not at all." Wes smiled. Sighing, Alison turned to go into the master bedroom that had also become the recovery room. She knocked on the door and opened it. Inside, she saw Vickie in a very close and personal discussion with Pash. Quickly, Alison blushed and bit her lip. "Sorry, I didn't know you had company." Vickie smiled, waving Alison in. Pash, however, was turning almost as red as his hair. "No, it's ok," Alison said, and she snuck the book onto a table by the door. "A gift for you, Vickie. I'll come back later." Quickly, Alison closed the door and turned around, right to seeing Wes and Hobbie trying to quickly shove candles into a big cake. "Sithspit!" Myn said, holding a flaming match. They all looked up at Alison. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" everyone said, kinda at once. Wes looked at her sheepishly. "I kinda told everyone," he admitted. Alison laughed. "Just as long as no one jumps out of it in a bikini, I'll be fine." Hobbie and Wes exchanged glances as the AFW'ers laughed. Soon, the party celebrated, with cake for everyone.
